Reduced knee pain
Last time I tried the chocolate flavour from the same brand, it wasn’t too sweet and was easy to drink. I have it instead of breakfast. With just protein, my knee pain has eased, and I feel better. A doctor recommended it on YouTube. Soy protein is good, but whey protein seems to work faster, so I’ll try that next time.
